Volunteer group waters Tree circus
Local group meets to provide care to the circus trees and states that the property owner is hoping they will die so he can get rid of them. Fifteen people worked for three ours on the property without permission to save the 49 remaining trees of the original 79. A local charity organization offered Mr. Hogan a lease arrangement to take over that parcel so that the trees could be cared for. The Scotts Valley City Council has been debating how to take care of the trees but no decision has been reached yet.
