The summary notes detail the history of the house. Property owned by Benjamin Lloyd who was a railroad agent from 1889 to 1894. He called it Glyndwind. Mrs Lloyd sold the property to the Browns from Oakland who built a house there in 1910. The property was behind the Park House on the river at the end of Marshall Creek Road.
