Band at parade celebrating downtown's revival

A band of teens, dressed in "Santa" caps, play at a parade celebrating downtown's revival after the 1989 earthquake, in time for the holiday shopping season. This was part of a parade event, but it cannot be seen whether the band is on a truck in the parade or on a stage nearby.
