Pacific Avenue and Church Street during the reconstruction

View of Pacific Avenue and Church Street during the reconstruction of Santa Cruz's downtown after the 1989 earthquake. Crews are removing debris from the demolition of buildings. The building in the background to the left is the County Bank building. Next to it, is the Leonard building. The corner across from the County Bank building is where the original Cooper House had stood.
