Attic of the Santa Cruz Carnegie (Main) Library
The attic of the Santa Cruz Carnegie (Main) Library was used for storage of excess library materials. The lack of space in the library, as well as its poor condition, led to its replacement. The library was demolished in 1966 to be replaced by the present Central Branch.
