View of ocean waves on the cliffs at the end of Garfield Avenue (now Woodrow Avenue), with the Vue de l'eau streetcar station in the background. A community barbecue was given by the Santa Cruz, Garfield Park and Capitola Electric Railway on November 25, 1891 to celebrate the beginning of regular service to the station. It burned down in 1925.
