The Mission Hill Grammar School, with a street car climbing Mission Hill. The school was designed in the Italianate style by Levi Goodrich in 1875. Until 1894, the third floor housed the high school. Because of damage from the 1906 earthquake, the third floor was removed. The building was demolished in 1930.
