Boulder Creek "Cat Lady' loes and feeds the cats

The article tells the story of LIly Christian who lived in the gold rush area of Alaska when she was a child doing laundry for the miners while her father worked a claim. Her father eventually abandoned the family and the five children went their own ways. Lily and her mother moved to San Francisco for a while before she met and married her husband and moved to Boulder Creek. Once her husband died she began her mission of feeding and take car of stray cats and she is frequently seen making her rounds downtown to check on them all.
