Thomas Murrish

Thomas Murrish was born in Cornall, England and his family came to this country in 1970 when he was 19 and they settled in Pennsylvania where his father worked in a coal mine. Thomas married Eliza his wife and after having several children they moved to California. He was a Methodist minister and held parishes in the gold country before relocating to Boulder Creek before the 1906 earthquake. He later was based in Oakland, San Francisco, Bakersfield and Redding as a minister and he stayed after until his death at 86. His son Harry still lives in Boulder Creekl
