Almost Forgotten- The Boys Spin Yarns
Article notes many memories of the senior citizens including how Halloween was celebrated at the tour of the century with cows and wagons put on roofs. Also the coming of Prohibition into town with wine poured into creeks and whiskey put in pancake batter the minister loved. Also how churches mysteriously caught fire when they preached about drinking. They also discussed the various mills in town and which was best and how Locatelli senior took the last shipment of lumber out of Boulder Creek by wagon. The meeting did finally happen with the election of new officers.
