Geroge Cress, Sr. dies at age 95

George Cress was one of the most beloved old timers and was a businessmen in Boulder Creek for many years running a Livery and then gas station with his friend Fred Moody. He held many leadership positions in the Masons, Kiwanis Club, Boulder Creek Improvement Club, San Lorenzo Valley Board of Trade, the San Lorenzo Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Supervisors and the District Chairman of the Fire Department and many others.
