Max has dreamed of owning his own restaurant and loves the San Lorenzo Valley. He will still offer crepes but plans on adding a breakfast menu and other items such as chicken and fish to his dinner menu. There is nightly music talent for entertainment and he likes to highlight local talent. Lucy J. Dalton, a famous country singer, got her start there.
