The owners of Felton-Empire Vineyards discuss their ultimate goal to make the majority of the wines in the county from grapes grown in Santa Cruz County . right now 6,000 gallons of wine are made from local grapes and 30,000 gallons are made from grapes brought in from other area. Their goal is 90% locally grown grapes
