Railroad right of way draws fire

Debate occurring over the establishment of the right of way of the former railroad track over the summit and near the Glenwood area. Neighbors do not want the additional noise and suggested that it would drive down their property values. They also say it would be cost prohibitive to try to resurrect the old rial line and tunnel.
