Santa Cruz First Railroad Came to Felton
First railroad in Santa Cruz was the narrow gauge railroad that went from Santa Cruz to Felton up the San Lorenzo Valley. Over time the railroads were laid by Southern Pacific to places like Boulder Creek, Watsonville, and up and over the summit to Alameda with connections to Santa Clara and San Francisco.
