An 1895 promotional booklet detailing all major aspects of the City of Santa Cruz and the county as a whole. Plenty of photographs, some written works by residents with a focus on the natural world, and an included letter from Henry T. Thurber, the private secretary of President Grover Cleveland, regarding a local citizen's submission of his impressive catch of three salmon.
