Welch Farm House

Joseph Welch helped protect the Felton redwoods from the lumber industry by buying the property around Big Trees and running it as a resort from 1870 to 1930. At that point the County took over and ran it as a County Park until the State of California bought it. This house is connected to a focus local resident but it is in poor condition.
