Rules and Regulations Adopted for the Use of Sentinel Carriers
A small leaflet detailing the work of a Sentinel news carrier. Most likely from the 1910s, as is implied by this collection's inclusion of three "Carrier's Addresses" and the age of Preston Sawyer, the collector, being appropriate for him working as a carrier himself (he was born in 1899).
