Discussion of fledgling efforts to revive community engagement is civic groups to drive improvements and make decisions on such things as the re-opening of the library. The groups at the last meeting acknowledged that the Ben Lomond Business Association is not that group any more however there are issues about disbanding it. There was also a suggestion to poll other civic groups in the Ben Lomond area for their suggestions. One person commented that whatever the new group was to be it needed to include the wider Ben Lomond are, not just downtown.
