Residents who have been told they canno reclaim their homes near Love Creek have filed two claims against the City and the county for failing to warn them of the risk as well as the possibility that Loch Lomond or a road built along the ridge may have made the ground unstable. If the claim does not result in action then the residents and their legal team will turn to bring in a lawsuit.
