Top priority is to use a bulldozer to open at least one lane through the slide that is just up from Highway 9. Now residents have to go up Empire Grade and then down Alba to get to their homes which is quite lengthy. they would also like the county to help them stabilize the broken sections of the road. Until the County can address these issues the Alba road community would like the road closed to all but residents.
