Aooeal is planned by Love Creek property owners

Residents tied to ask for a fourth postponement of the hearing about the 28 homes next to the Love Creek slide that were abated by the County due to high risk. The owners are still hopeful that they will be able to win their ongoing lawsuits and do not want the hearing to occur until after those cases are concluded.
