The boundary between the 2nd and 4th District in Santa Cruz County undergoes geographical changes as the supervisorial district lines are redrawn. 2nd District gains a bit of Watsonville from the 4th District and loses part of Capitola to the 1st District, while the 4th District gains the Casserly-Salsipuedes-Brown Valley area from the 2nd District.
