Snow fell on Scotts Valley

Up to 13 inches of snow in some parts of the Santa Cruz mountains and people had to stop and put on chains to get over the summit. Scotts Valley was a winter wonderland of snow and PG and E was kept busy with downed power lines and snapped trees.
