UCSC has enriched the community

Article on changes seen by Mr. Hammond over the years that he has been a resident in Seabright. These include the construction of CArillo College, the development of a new UC campus in Santa Cruz, the creation of the boat harbor and Seabright Beach and the flood prevention changes made to the San Lorenzo River after the floods of 1955.
