Obituary for Arthur Barson who died in Santa Cruz at the age of 60. His family owned the Riverside Hotel in Santa Cruz. He fought in World War II as a bomber pilot and was shot down over Poland, spending some time in a Russian prisoner of war camp. He and his wife just got back from a reunion of the B-17 crew. Mr. Barson worked for PG and E for 36 years.
