Board not pursue Quail Hollow
Santa Cruz County supervisors have opted to drop out of bidding for the Quail Hollow Ranch due to lack of funds. the ranch is currently owned by the Santa Clara County Board of Education. Santa Cruz county in conjunction with the Board of Education and the Water District had attempted to raise the amount of around 2 million dollars to make the purchase but were unable to raise the funds.
