No one made an offer for the Quail Hollow Ranch which has an opening price of $1.85 million dollars with offer paid in full at close of escrow. The Santa Clara Board of Education has the property for sale and said there is at least one “very interested” buyer. The Board did not say whether they would lower the price and did not convey the name of the possible buyer.
