Transcription of a call from Mrs Smith (second wife of Dr. Smith of Blake Hammond House) to Faye Ellis

The document notes that Mrs. Smith feels that the story of her husband is being mis represented and that she is bitter that she feels cheated over the estate and that things have been stolen from her by others. She is angry that the estate sale was blocked multiple times by the County and any financial gains have been lost. Mrs. Smith clarifies that the covered bridge over the river was built by her husband and challenged many times by Alice Wilder over concerns about the river. She states that her husband put a lot of money into restoring the houses used for students he purchased and into the school.
