Santa Cruz Memorial Airport Association v. City Council of Santa Cruz and City of Santa Cruz
This legal document holds the claim that the Association was taken advantage of and used by the City of Santa Cruz in a years-long process, in which: the City purchased the Association's potential Skypark Airport property under the agreement to transform it into an active airport; the City began selling portions of the unused airport property; and the City voted most recently to shut down Skypark Airport, therefore making profit off of their unfulfilled agreement with the Association.
