A lady served dinner in 1924- Paddy Smith

Paddy Smith was the hostess at the Casa Del Rey Resort and the owners were friends with the Camps who were opening a restaurant in Brookdale Lodge. Mrs. Smith agreed to help with the first dinner and make it a ground opening affair. The article describes the preparations and the opening night on May 1, 1928
