Poetry of Marge Deane

After a series of typewritten poems, there is a small clipping of a newspaper article about Deane winning third place in the Florence Brooks Sonnet award competition. She received recognition at the 1964 California Olympiad of the Arts. Deane served as co-hostess with Josephine Barrows, and a fellow winner (of the Henry Meade Bland award) was Blanche Moke.
The poet is also known as Marjorie Deane.
