Bob Burdine would like to make improvements on his 5 acre parcel including adding three homes however his work is on pause after being red tagged by the County until an Environmental Review can be done. It appears that a turn of the century lumber mill was on this site indicated by an old fish ladder and an old mill pond. Burdine had begun to do some grading at the site and states he was careful to not be within 50 feet of Love Creek. However, the possibility of historical significance is prompting the review.
