Should Newell Reservoir Take on Scotch Flavor

City Council is considering changing the name of the Newell Creek Reservoir to Loch Lomond in honor of the Scottish flavor of other landmarks in Ben Lomond. Alice Earl Wilder is a proponent of the idea and the City Council is basically in favor.
