It's Official Loch Lomond

Mrs. Wes Hopfer pours water from Scotland’s Loch Lomond into Santa Cruz’s newly christened Loch Lomond. Other attendees included Boy Scout Troup 90 from SF as well as a bagpipe unit from the city. Speeches were given and thanks extended to the City Council for approving the naming of the lake to be in alignment with other Scottish names in the area.
