Ben Lomond residents to reopen town library
Ben Lomond Library will be reopened as a volunteer run organization. No longer under the supervision of the County Library System the Friends of the Library Committee will be changing some policies that should improve relations with Ben Lomond. these include accepting donations of books or trading books with customers and push for more paperbacks and children’s books. the library will be operating under the SLV Youth council as they are tax exempt and have agreed to cover some of the expenses of re-opening. The County has agreed to help support facility maintenance.
