One of Capitola's 'Sisters' razed

One of the houses known as the “sisters” in CApitola needed to be replaced and the town wanted the new house to be an exact replica. Most of the hoes are privately owned and rented out in the summer. The house was in need of a significant repair and the current owner decided to raze and start over. It has taken two years of negotiations with the town of CApitola to be able to proceed.
