Town died but its library lived on
Article talks about the history of Laws near Bishop California that once was a gold mining town and cattle business with a railroad. The library was once a church and was over there for its current purpose. a traveler visiting Laws and its church was so taken by the historical significance that he bequeathed a set of old books on California history to the library.
