Out On Bail

Three men charged with arson and attempt to defraud the insurance company holding the policy of the Hotel Ben Lomond. The arraignment was held in Fresno and a warrant was placed to take the men back to Santa Cruz for trial. Beeson and Cooper made bail and were told they could be out on bail in Fresno until the hearing. Curran said he would probably have to go with the sheriff to Santa Cruz because he could not make bail.
