When Halloween mischief was carried to great heights
Pranks for Halloween usually consisted of stealling gates, wheelbarrows and outhouses and placing them in remote locations. This prank involved stealing a buggy and then reassembling it in the bell tower of a church. Younger kids still enjoyed candy and pumpkin decorations but the older kids were much more into pranks.
