Eye witness testimony of what occurred between Jessie Graham and Dennis Bennett at the mill. The Grand Jury had indicted Jesse Graham at the time of the incident and he had been tried in absence but never convicted. He was captured thirty years later and tried in court. Some witnesses were no longer alive but these witnesses were and their testimony was riveting for the court.
