Both lawyers present their side of the story which at this point had happened many years ago. the defense lawyer argued that Jesse Graham was activist in self-defense when Dennis Bennett grabbed the gun and the gun went off. the prosecution claims that first Jesse shot Mary Bennett and Jackson Bennet with buckshot and then went to Dennis Bennet house to kill him. The courtroom was packed with observers who were very interested in the case.
