Letter Aug 23, 1979 to Faye Ellis from E. Magnuson

Letter details that there was a housing shortage in 1902 and their family moved quite a bit. they lived in the cook house on Main Street that was part of the old mill. they also lived in the Parker House cottages, the STevens place, and Walters Cottage across from the Presbyterian Church. Also in a house across from the old Hotel Ben Lomond social hall. Letter also notes her mother’s work with the public library in town. She also notes that her school teacher would stay with the family during the week and give them free lessons for room and board. Then return home by train on the week-ends.
