After two years of legal fighting, the Weatherly castle has been bought by a Sunnyvale family for a retirement residence for their father. Once the house was allowed to be back on the market several potential buyers tried and failed to buy it due to county restrictions on use. This time the new owners are clear they want it for a residence only. The Lewis family will be doing most of the work in getting the castle back in shape.
