Fate of Weatherly Castle in legal limbo

The castle was bought by Virginia Blasé when Ivy Weatherly retired to a rest home in 1980 after living there since 1946. Ms Blasé said it was always her intent to convert the castle to a B and B which the county says cannot be done until there is a sewer system in place.
