Memories of John Brown live on today in Saratoga

Article notes that John Brown’s wife and three daughters came by wagon train to California. First settled in Red Bluff and HUmboldt County briefly they then bought a prune farm in the hills above Saratoga. The family remained in the area until their death after involvement in the arts and in teaching in Saratoga and Campbell.
