Appeal to be filed today by local grocer James Beauregard to create a vineyard in Bonny Doon. He has received a go ahead from the county and the state Coastal Commission with the condition that he set aside acreage to protect speciies of plants. The attorney for Hummel says that an Environmental Impact report should be required. Beauragard has already submitted drainage and erosion control plans to the county. High court justices will take 30 days to consider the appeal.
