Papan Spells Relief to San Mateo Times Publisher

Editorial in local Sierra Club Newsletter against allowing bill to pass in favor of property owner of 80 acres in Santa Cruz Mountains. Clinton as tried protesting to the County and taking case to court which has ruled against him. He is now attempting to appeal to State Senator to pass bill on his behalf.
