J. Hart Clinton and his ongoing fight with the County about rezoning his land has now involved Louis Papan, democrat from Daly City to propose a Senate Bill to force the rezoning of the property. Clilnton states he has improved the property since he bought it and feels it should not be a candidate for timber harvesting. Many believe the bill is a special interest cause and plan to vote against it.
