Repairs to Highway 9 get high priority status

Due to road closure and limits to one lane traffic, California Department of Transportation agreed to expedite repairs which would cut time for repair from one year to four months. Traffic has been backed up as far as two miles behind the one land road impacting merchants in both Boulder Creek and Felton. Discussion of the benefits between using a flag an versus traffic lights to control traffic.
